In the 11th century they were banned by the Roman Catholic Church, in the 12th century they were considered by many to be a weapon of mass destruction! Its accuracy and deadly impact were revolutionary and in the 20th century they are widely used for the hunting of Zombies!
At Moor House Adventure Centre we only aim at targets, but this activity is great fun combining aspects of both archery and rifle shooting. So if you’re looking for something a little different this is definitely an activity for you.
After an initial safety briefing participants will be given an in depth introduction to the equipment they will be using during the session.
Participants will then receive demonstration before moving on to the activity where they will be instructed throughout.
