Frisbee Golf

Introduction

Some things don’t need much explaining and Frisbee Golf is one of those things. Think golf, but with a Frisbee. Work your way around our purpose built 9 catcher course trying to make par.

This is an excellent activity, fun, challenging and surprisingly difficult. So if you fancy yourself as a bit of a Tiger Woods why not try your arm at throwing rather than swinging.

Session Overview

After an initial safety briefing participants will be given an in depth introduction to the equipment they will be using during the session.

Participants will then receive demonstration before moving on to the activity where they will be instructed throughout.
