Introduction

If you’re looking for a fun approach to getting fit, our Personal Trainers have the ideal solution. Our weekend boot camp retreats focus on fun, fitness and food. You will be put through your paces by an instructor who cares about you and your results.

Session overview

After an initial safety briefing, participants will be given an in-depth introduction to the equipment they will be using during the session. Participants will then receive demonstration before moving on to the activity where they will be instructed throughout.
