This ancient activity provides participants of all abilities the opportunity to develop a range of physical, mental & social skills alongside improved coordination, concentration & fine motor skills. Our team of qualified instructors will develop age & ability specific sessions to ensure all participants are engaged, develop skills & have fun.


Session Overview

After an initial safety briefing participants will be given an in depth introduction to the equipment they will be using during the session.

Participants will then receive demonstration before moving on to the activity where they will be instructed throughout.
