We regularly host a whole range of voluntary and community groups at Moor House, including faith groups, uniformed groups such as Girl Guide UK, and youth groups.

Whether you want a full package or just a venue where you can do your own thing, our flexible approach means we can work around your specific objectives, delivering as much of the programme as you like.

Moor House Adventure Centre’s residential programmes can provide up to a week of fun, challenge and adventure. From their base in the Centre’s accommodation block, participants will explore, paddle, cooperate, climb and think their way through a series of exciting activities, developing skills that will benefit them at home and beyond.

This programme allows you to split your time at Moor House between your own self-led sessions, using our large hall or outdoor classroom, and our instructor-led activities across the site. We can work with you to design a programme that enables participants to embed their learning through practical experience.

An unforgettable day. Our team of instructors will immerse participants in the outdoor environment, delivering a programme of three or five activities. They’ll come away with new skills they can use both outdoors and back at home.
